The second print in a series of C-19 response prints. On the 25th March 2020, the UK locked down. Schools closed until further notice on the 20th March, only ‘essential’ - food shops were to remain open. The corona virus was taking a hold, the government advice was to STAY HOME, PROTECT THE NHS, SAVE LIVES. A list of key workers was issued, only these people should leave their homes to work – everyone else was instructed to stay at home – only got out for exercise – or to buy essential stuffs … the supermarkets were empty – panic buying – the memes about toilet roll filled social media. This graphic began to appear – I have mirrored the ‘@ home’ to portray the inside out, palpable fear ever present during the last few weeks of March 2020 in the UK. £45 unframed, £55 framed, please get in touch ton order a framed print.
